Each user may hold only one active bet949 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bet949 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity across device fingerprints, payment methods, IP addresses, and identity documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bet949 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA via SMS OTP) for additional account security.
• Notify bet949 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.

bet949 reserves the right to place temporary restrictions on accounts under review, including suspending withdrawal access, while identity or payment verification is in progress. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

bet949 supports a range of deposit methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Retail Cash, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Minimum deposit Rs 100. Transactions are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. No platform fees are charged by bet949, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Minimum deposit Rs 500. Processing times vary between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the sending bank and time of day.
• USDT TRC20: Deposits credited upon network confirmation (typically 1–3 minutes). No minimum deposit in PKR equivalent terms, subject to network transaction minimums.

bet949 does not accept cash deposits sent by courier or post. All deposits must go through the designated payment channels available within your account. Funds deposited through unofficial channels will not be credited and cannot be guaranteed for recovery.

Withdrawal requests on bet949 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements and to protect account holders from fraud.

Standard withdrawal processing timeframes on bet949 are as follows:

Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML review will be held pending completion of that review. bet949 may request additional documentation — including source of funds evidence — in connection with AML reviews. Failure to supply requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal being declined.

bet949 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus wagering — where the applicable wagering requirement has been met — may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before winnings become withdrawable).
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to wagering requirement fulfilment on sports betting promotions. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not contribute to wagering requirement clearance.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Uncleared bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• bet949 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All sports bets placed on bet949 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, competition, and market type, as published in the platform's sports betting rules documentation. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bet949 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available and reserves the right to decline bets at its discretion.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and activated.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bet949 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. bet949 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.

Casino games, slot titles, and live dealer tables on bet949 are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for all slot titles. Live casino table limits — minimum and maximum bets — are displayed on the table lobby screen before joining.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bet949. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

bet949's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their account shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by bet949's wilful misconduct.

bet949 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected at registration and during KYC verification — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is used solely for the following purposes:

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bet949 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed through to completion before the account is closed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet949 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bet949's internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanism under the terms of the operating licence.
